Professional DJ Flight Case - Mr. DJ CASE5000 with Mixer & CD Storage | Durable DJ Equipment Carrying Case for Gigs, Tours & Studio Use

This was a disappointing order. Packing was not good. Item was inside two large cardboard boxes wrapped in a obnoxious amount of tape. I had to cut the boxes off of the case. Item ships fully assembled with the exception of the four 3.5 inch caster wheels. (Yes, it comes with wheels.) The wheels were loose inside of the case and ripped open the bag of screws (lots of pieces, big mess). The case itself is pretty banged up, dents on the corners and extrusions. Left side panel is warped. There is a very small but noticeable amount of rust under a couple of latches and under some washers. I had to go to the hardware store because some of the nuts and bolts for the wheels needed to be replaced.Construction was rushed and of minimal quality. I had to re-glue the carpet cover on the hinged shelf which rests above the top(mixer) portion of the case. No other part of the case is carpeted. This is NOT real wood, it is particle board. The pilot holes for the casters weren't all straight. Even in good condition this product would have been pretty rough around the edges.I was pretty disappointed with the condition of this "new" item being closer to thoroughly used, but I decided to keep it for a couple of reasons:1.) The dimensions are right for my project and I like how large the trap door on the back is.2.) I am handy enough to replace and repair what is wrong3.) This is my first flight case and I am still learning4.) The price was lower than anything else I could find5.) I did not feel like dealing with the hassle of returning (replacement packaging)6.) I did not have more time to waste searching and waiting for a replacement
